You may be required to have a PayPal account, depending on your country of residence (you can set up an account upon payment).
– Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer (Only in Australian dollars):
Please make your payment directly into our bank account (Bendigo Bank) within 5 working days from the date of your order, using your Order ID as the payment reference.
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days from the date the funds have cleared in our account.
– Cash on Pick-up: Local order only (Point Cook, Victoria, Australia)
All purchases will be shipped from Point Cook, Victoria via Australia Post within 3 working days from the date full payment is received.
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination state/country and weight of your order.
Please use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to calculate shipping costs to your country/state once you’ve added all your items to cart.
You can do so by clicking “Calculate Shipping” under “Cart Totals”. Please make sure that you enter your postcode if your shipping address is within Australia.
Orders will be shipped once full payment is received.
If you would like to have your parcel registered so that it is trackable and will be insured if it goes missing, please contact us prior to place your order.
Parcels shipped via regular/express post may NOT be fully trackable.
Please make sure you understand that angel soap Melbourne cannot be held responsible for unregistered items which are not received by the recipient.
We are NOT obligated to provide a refund or a replacement if any items be lost in transit. If you are concerned, please choose to have your order sent by registered post.
Due to the personal nature of our items, we cannot accept returns. Please make sure that you read the description of the listing for size & the ingredients prior to ordering.
If you are not happy with your soaps for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We appreciate the opportunity to do our best to help you in a replacement or refund.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged during transit, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order so we can issue a replacement item.
